Short dress in crinkled chiffon with a small frilled collar, short frilled sleeves and frills front and back. The frills have an overlocked edge in a contrasting colour. Smocking at the top of the front and an opening down the back with a button at the back of the neck. Seam at the waist and a flared skirt. Jersey lining.
